Cute little theatre. We went there to see the play The Shark is Broken. Great play! Really, we loved it. It was funny and touching and lots of fun. Great actors and a great script, taking you behind the scenes of one of Hollywood's greatest films. We bought rush tickets on the morning of the show, and got front row tickets for a great price. The place itself is very nice.

Lovely well maintained older theater. We were up in the balcony...originally on the far side....viewing, the seats were fine....the usher came and said we could move center since it wasn't sold out....so we did.

Great little theater. Even with a seat 3 rows up from the back, the view is solid and the sound excellent. I saw The Shark is Broken today (which I highly recommend) and it was quite pleasant. That said, not sure if this is Off-broadway, but the seats are petty small as expected in a Broadway show. If you're larger or have broad shoulders, your arms will be as uncomfortable as a JetBlue flight. The process times to get you from queue to seat is fast. The bathrooms are small but easy to access. Just get to them before the rush. There is a bar near the bathrooms.

Saw The Shark is Broken in this beautiful theater. Had seats in upper mezzanine and the view was great. No obstructions. Only downside is the bathrooms are in the basement so make sure you go before your show.

Went to watch " Shark is broken " show behind the scenes of movie Jaws, didn't watch the movie before, so it was quite an suprise. The cast were amazing, hilarious, well performed with proper sets designs and props, plus the usage of background with sea scenes, lighting were outstanding. Seats like every other described is true they are quite small.

Saw a brilliant performance of Prima Facie. Jodie Comer was phenomenal! Not a dry eye in the house. Sat in row c, orchestra. Had an excellent view. The theatre itself is beautiful and intimate. Smaller size means it takes some time getting out the theatre, especially if sat near the front. Restrooms and merchandise stand are in the basement. Anticipate a large crowd outside when leaving.

Fantastic! classic intimate theater. I’ve been hoping the play . The Shark is Broken would come to the USA. It did, I made plans immediately to get to NYC to see this play. I made it. It was amazing.

Beautiful theatre, I recommend to buy tickets in the orchestra section for a better experience. Ushers will help you to find your seat. All of them were very kind. There are 2 subway stations close to the place.
